Stock & custom films

PE - Polyethylene

Mono layer up to 9 layer custom barrier films. Clear, white, colored and tinted. Metalocene, EVA, UV, Flame retardants and Anti-Stats. Blends of LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE and HDPE.

BOPP - Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene

Homo polymer and blends of PP resins that is stretched in both the MD & TD in order to give it superior properties. Excellent oil & grease resistance, high stiffness combined with  high gloss add a premium look and feel to packaging. Available in clear, matte, metalized, opaque and cavitated options.

CPP - Cast Polypropylene

Similar in nature to BOPP, however the film is not mechanically stretched. Therefore giving the film a more soft, more polyethelene fell with much higher clairity. Has less deadfold, and significantly better sealability than BOPP.

PET - Polyethylene Terephthalate

Typically made in thin gauge(48) as the top layer of a lamination. PET is thermally extruded and then stretched in both the MD & TD. This enhances the barrier properties of the film. PET has excellent tensile strength, chemical and dimensional stability, transparency, gloss, gas and aroma barrier as well as electrical insulation.

BON - Biaxially Oriented Nylon

Biaxially Oriented Nylon films have excellent oxygen and aroma barrier properties. It is a poor moisture barrier, however it has exceptional strength, flex-crack, abrasion and puncture resistance at lighter gauges than other competitive films.
